6. Cookies and analytics
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember preferences and understand how visitors use the Site. We may use analytics services, such as Google Analytics, that collect information about your use of the Site. You can learn how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies.
If we begin using advertising cookies or pixels for interest-based advertising, we will update this Policy and describe the choices available to you before doing so.
7. Use of automated and AI tools
We may use software, including artificial intelligence tools, to help organize requests, draft responses, schedule work and improve our communications. A member of our team remains responsible for decisions about your Services. Some images on the Site are AI-generated illustrations and are identified as such; they are not photographs of specific completed jobs.
8. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business, tax and insurance records, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations. Records of text message consent are kept for at least five years after your last interaction with us. Access codes and similar instructions are deleted or updated when no longer needed.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on the Site and limited access to property access information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law, including Section 501.171, Florida Statutes.
10. Your choices and rights
- Access, correction and deletion: you may ask us to provide, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us as described below. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity. Some information may be kept where required by law or for legitimate business records.
- Text messages: reply STOP to any text message to opt out.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
- State privacy rights: depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. We will honor requests as required by the law that applies to us.
11. Children’s privacy
The Site and Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, these signals do not change how we handle your information today. If that changes, we will update this Policy.
13. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites, such as Google, Facebook and Instagram. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. Please review their privacy policies.
