SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply to the text message program operated by GS Max Multiservice LLC (“GS MAX Multiservice,” “we,” “us”). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1. Program description

Program name: GS Max Multiservice Customer Care.

We send text messages about quote requests, appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders, arrival notices, service updates, photos of completed work, billing notices and customer support.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by checking the text message consent box on a form on our website, or by texting us first at (904) 303-1516. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You may receive a one-time confirmation message after you opt in.

3. Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies based on your requests and scheduled services. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

4. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOPALL or REVOKE, or tell us in any reasonable way that you no longer want to receive messages. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and will not send further messages unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START.

6. Marketing messages

We will send promotional or marketing text messages only if you have given separate prior express written consent to receive them. Opting in to service messages does not authorize marketing messages.

7. Sending hours

We do not send promotional messages before 8:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m. in your local time. Service messages you have requested, such as arrival notices, may be sent when relevant to a scheduled job.

8. Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier.

9. Eligibility and your number

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or deactivate your number, please reply STOP from the old number or let us know so we do not message a new owner of that number.

10. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
