Terms of Service
Effective date: October 19, 2026 · Last updated: October 19, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of gsmaxmultiservice.com (the “Site”) and the cleaning, painting, flooring and repair services provided by GS Max Multiservice LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“GS MAX Multiservice,” “we,” “us”) (the “Services”). “You” means the person or business requesting or receiving the Services or using the Site.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By using the Site, requesting a quote or accepting Services, you agree to these Terms. If a written quote, estimate, proposal or service agreement signed or accepted by both parties (a “Service Agreement”) conflicts with these Terms, the Service Agreement controls for that job.
2. Our services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning, interior and exterior painting, flooring installation, and drywall and punch-list repairs, as described in each Service Agreement. We do not perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, structural, mold remediation, asbestos or lead abatement work, or any other work that requires a license we do not hold. Where such work is needed, we will recommend that you hire an appropriately licensed contractor.
3. Quotes, estimates and changes
- Quotes are based on the information you provide and, where applicable, an on-site walkthrough. Unless stated otherwise, a quote is valid for 30 days.
- If the actual condition, size or scope of the job differs materially from what was described (for example, heavy soiling, hidden damage, additional rooms or extra coats), we will tell you before doing additional work. Additional work and any price change require your approval, which may be given in writing, by email or by text message.
- Materials prices for painting and flooring may change after the quote validity period.
4. Scheduling, access and cancellations
- Arrival times are windows, not guarantees. Weather, traffic and prior jobs may cause delays; we will notify you when we can.
- You agree to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the property, or if the property is not reasonably ready for the Services, a lockout or trip fee may apply as stated in your Service Agreement.
- Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee stated in your Service Agreement. Deposits for painting and flooring projects may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered.
5. Client responsibilities
- Provide running water, electricity and, where needed, adequate lighting and ventilation.
- Secure or remove jewelry, cash, firearms, medication, documents, collectibles and other valuables or irreplaceable items before the Services.
- Secure pets so they do not interfere with the work or leave the property.
- Tell us in advance about fragile, antique or high-value items and about surfaces that need special care, such as natural stone, specialty finishes or delicate fabrics.
- Confirm that you are the owner or are authorized by the owner or property manager to request the Services at the property.
6. Hazardous conditions and older homes
- You agree to tell us about known hazards, including mold, pests, biohazards, structural issues, asbestos-containing materials and lead-based paint. We may decline or stop work if a condition presents a health or safety risk to our personnel.
- We are not an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm. For homes and child-occupied facilities built before 1978, we do not perform painting, repair, trim, flooring removal, pressure washing or any other work that disturbs painted surfaces beyond the minor repair and maintenance limits of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule. Window replacement, and work using practices the RRP Rule prohibits (such as open-flame burning or power sanding without proper controls), are never treated as minor repair and maintenance, and we do not perform them in these properties. Please tell us the year the property was built before we schedule the work. If the RRP Rule applies, we will decline that part of the work and recommend that you hire a certified firm.
7. Materials and warranties
- Unless agreed otherwise, we supply our own cleaning products and equipment. If you ask us to use products you provide, you are responsible for their suitability for your surfaces.
- Paint, flooring and other materials are covered only by their manufacturers’ warranties, which we will pass through to you where permitted. Flooring may require acclimation time and specific subfloor and moisture conditions; we are not responsible for issues caused by conditions outside our scope of work, such as slab moisture, foundation movement or plumbing leaks.
- Natural variations in color, texture and grain of materials, and minor differences between samples and installed products, are not defects.
8. Payment
- Unless your Service Agreement says otherwise, payment is due upon completion of the Services. Recurring services may be billed per visit or on a schedule stated in your Service Agreement.
- Painting and flooring projects may require a deposit before materials are ordered or work is scheduled.
- Late payments may be subject to the late fee stated in your Service Agreement, not to exceed the maximum allowed by law. You are responsible for reasonable collection costs where permitted by law.
9. Satisfaction commitment
If something isn’t right after a service, contact us and we will work with you to make it right. Please tell us as soon as possible, and within any period stated in your Service Agreement, so we can inspect and, where appropriate, return to address the issue. Specific conditions, if any, are described in the quote or Service Agreement for each job. This commitment does not apply to conditions outside our scope of work or to issues reported after the property has been re-occupied, used or modified in a way that prevents a fair assessment.
10. Damage, claims and insurance
- We carry liability insurance. If you believe our personnel caused damage, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of the service, with photos where possible, and allow us a reasonable opportunity to inspect before repair or replacement.
- At our option, we will repair the item, arrange for its repair, or reimburse its fair market value, not its replacement cost.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear; damage caused by improperly installed or secured items; items you did not disclose as fragile or high-value; or damage resulting from following your specific instructions.
11. Our personnel
Our team members and subcontractors are introduced to you through us. During the period you receive Services and for 12 months afterward, you agree not to directly hire or engage any of our personnel who performed Services for you without our written consent. If you do, you agree to pay a placement fee equal to the amount stated in your Service Agreement or, if none is stated, $2,500.
12. Photos
We may take before-and-after photos for quality control, job documentation and claims. We will not publish photos that identify you, your address or your personal belongings without your permission.
13. Use of the website
The Site’s content, design, logos and text are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without our permission. Some images on the Site are AI-generated illustrations or licensed stock photography and are labeled or described as such; they are not photographs of specific completed jobs. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, attempting to interfere with its operation or sending unsolicited messages through our forms.
14. Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided “as is” for general information. Prices, availability and service descriptions on the site are not offers and may change. Except as expressly stated in these terms or a service agreement, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost rent, lost profits or loss of use, arising out of the site or the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a job will not exceed the amount you paid us for that job. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, hazardous conditions at the property that you did not disclose, or your instructions to our personnel.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you and we agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other party in writing and allowing 30 days for a response. Any lawsuit must be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving St. Johns County, Florida, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
18. General terms and contact
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with any Service Agreement and our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms, are the entire agreement between you and us about their subject matter. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect on the date of your Service Agreement applies to that job.
